Professional Medical Care and Treatment

EFT is not a substitute for professional medical care and treatment. You are fully responsible for your health and well-being when using our services. Oliver Wassef is not able to diagnose or treat medical issues.

Confidentiality

1:1 sessions are completely private and confidential. Rest assured, your personal information and identity will not be shared with anyone except in very rare instances of self harm, harm to another, medical emergency, abuse or other legal requirements that may not be listed here.

Group session content may be used by the business for marketing and promotional content, or otherwise.

By participating in sessions with Oliver Wassef, you consent to being filmed and recorded and your information will be used in accordance with this agreement.

Subscriptions

Some products have a free trial period where you can test our services. After the free trial period, your subscription will automatically renew until cancelled.

Refunds

No refunds will be given for any reason, including the failure to cancel a subscription or other disputes. You agree not to process any chargebacks.

Rescheduling 1:1 Sessions

Minimum 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a session otherwise the session shall be considered fulfilled and will not be rebooked.

Case History, Testimonials, and Examples

Any case history, testimonials, examples, or copywriting present on our website, social media channels or provided by Oliver Wassef are solely for informational purposes. We do not guarantee or promise any benefit or outcome that you may experience from our services. The results depend on your willingness to engage in personal development work diligently and consistently. All case studies and testimonials have provided explicit consent to publicly share their information.

Liability Release

By signing up for our services, you hereby release Oliver Wassef from any and all liability, and affirm that you assume full responsibility for your own wellbeing and safety while utilizing our services.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that all intellectual property, including but not limited to, trademarks, logos, designs, and materials displayed or alternatively accessible via our services, belongs exclusively to us. No portion of our services may be copied, reproduced, sold, or otherwise utilized without our prior written consent.
