Booking Terms and Conditions for Tattoo Appointments

By utilizing our services you agree to the following:


Project Description and Placement
Once the deposit is paid, you cannot modify the project description, placement, or details. If the client requests changes to the project details, additional charges may apply.


Designs

Revision: Minor alterations to a design made at the clients request. Major changes such as (but not limited to) style, placement, size and subject matter do NOT constitute a revision. Once a revision has been submitted it cannot be changed.

If a design package IS purchased, designs are available to be viewed approximately 30 days before the appointment date, and must be paid in full by this time.


If a design package is NOT purchased, any changes requested on the day of the appointment will reduce tattoo time that day and will need additional sessions to finish the work.


Session Price

Flat rate cost per session. Payment is due no later than the day of the session and the client is responsible for paying for the full amount regardless of their ability to complete the session.

The business accepts cash, credit or debit cards as payment methods. All payments are strictly non-refundable


Project Quote

Project quotes are not guaranteed. There are many factors to consider which impact the length of a project and sometimes a project may require more (or less) sessions than quoted. The client is responsible for paying for all sessions at the agreed session rate.


Multi Session projects

One session is required every three calendar months from the date the deposit is paid for projects that span multiple sessions. The session count will reset with each appointment.


Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required and is deducted from the final session of the project.


Rescheduling

In order to reschedule an appointment, please give at least 7 days notice. The rescheduled appointment date must be within the "multi session projects" policy. Failing to abide by the rescheduling policy will result in a 50% charge of the session price.


If an appointment is rescheduled during travel or conventions, the client is responsible for arranging their own travel. If a tattoo cannot be completed during travel events, it is also up to the client to visit the artist to finish the work.


Touch-Ups

The business may offer free touch ups for a tattoo within 3 calendar months from the original appointment. However, if the need for a touch up is due to client negligence or failure to care for the tattoo, the client will need to pay for the touch up.

Touch-ups will be done on dedicated touch-up days which are provided by the business.


Refund Policy

All sales are final and no refunds will be given under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, change of mind or inability to complete the project due to personal circumstances. In the event that a session must be cancelled by the business, an alternative date will be arranged at no additional cost to the client.


Credit Card Authorization

I authorize this business to keep my credit card on file and to charge me for any future transactions relating to the business's policies outlined in this agreement. I understand that the terms of this authorization will remain in effect until the project is complete and then I can request that the authorization be terminated. I acknowledge that I am responsible for making this request in writing.
